Fees listed are in Canadian Dollars and exclude tax (applicable for Canadians only).

Hourly Rate

My hourly rate is CA$ 127 with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Day / Week Rates

The day/s or weeks we work together must be booked and paid for in advance to secure the time on my schedule. All work must be completed in the same day or week. This is a set fee no matter what the tasks. You must have all your tasks clearly defined and the work must be pre-approved to ensure that everything can be completed within a day or week. Once the set tasks are confirmed no more can be added. This requires careful planning, if you need help making your lists, please email me.

My daily rate is CA$ 397 plus tax for up to 6 hours.

My weekly rate is CA$ 1,800 plus tax for up to 30 hours.

Project Fees

If your project has a clear beginning and an end — tasks that are not ongoing — then I can provide you with an estimated total project fee. This fee is determined based on an estimated number of hours required to complete the work. I use the same rates listed in Time Blocks below to calculate project fees. Set projects come with limitations, such as 2 design options and 3 rounds of revisions. An hourly rate will be provided for any overage. With a project fee, half is due prior to the project start date. The balance plus any extras is due before delivery of the final product.

How long a project will take to complete varies greatly depending on the specifications. It’s best to have a project brief prepared along with all deliverables required so that I can provide you with a more accurate estimate. Email me your project requirements and then we can book a call to get to know each other.

Payment terms for a total project fee is: 50% upon starting the project, and 50% prior to delivery of the final product.

Time Blocks

Unless otherwise noted, rates listed exclude tax for Canadians.

What are Time Blocks?

Time Blocks are pre-paid chunks of time at reduced rates that can be used anytime within 2 to 15 months. Work must be scheduled in advance, pending availability. The longer we work together the more familiar we become with how much time is needed each month, or at certain times of the year. Each Time Block comes with a ‘standard rate’ and a reduced ‘support rate’, which varies depending on how many hours you’re investing in.

Standard Rates and Support Rates explained

The fee for a Time Block or Retainer is calculated using the standard hourly rate for the number of hours you’re buying. The more hours you invest in the lower your rates.

The Standard Rate is used for all tasks involving design, development, and content updates.
